Had never looked at Subaru before but my Dad encouraged me to go. We met with Scott at Gold Fleet who was amazing. He sat down with us and talked about the company philosophy - they see themselves as consultants, not sellers, so they really work with people to see what they need, what is best for them, and to give information and allow people to make their own decisions (aka no pressure). You could see the staff's enthusiasm from the very beginning. Furthermore, there's no brand snobbishness, etc, like you might see at some dealerships. They don't talk down other brands, in fact the employees own a mix of vehicles themselves. They care more about you finding a vehicle that suits your needs than pushing a brand on you, which is refreshing. Few things turn me off more at a car dealership than them talking down a vehicle/brand I've driven and enjoyed. One thing in particular that was important to me was the conscientiousness and equal attention paid by the consultant, Scott. At our first encounter, I (a woman in her 40s) went there with my father (man in his 70s). Even though we're in the 21st century, many sellers still direct their selling to men more than women when faced with both. I never once felt like that was the case with Scott and all other employees at the dealership. My dad ended up getting a nice new Outback, but I'm still looking for a creampuff deal to replace my aging pickup. Even though I didn't leave with a vehicle of my own, I'll keep looking and checking their inventory. But the point is, if you're looking for a new vehicle, this is a great place to go. You'll be treated well and fairly. In my view, there are lots of great cars and brands out there - what it comes down to, in the end, are the people selling it to you and the experience they give, and this crew, from the consultants to the ladies at the back desk, are some of the best.

My initial contact with this Subaru dealership totally amazed me. I found the staff knowledgeable, professional, and informative. Scott Presseault, my sales consultant, was very respectful and did not apply any high pressure sales tactics, and was happy to answer any and all questions we had. Although we left without purchasing anything, my thoughts were that this is what all car dealerships should be like. After researching Subaru and discussing them with my family, I decided that the Outback was the vehicle that would best suit all our needs. I contacted Scott Presseault with a few questions, that he was happy to answer. I drove to the dealership that day with my family, and after everyone had a chance to test the vehicle, we purchased a new Outback and arranged for a delivery date. I picked up my new Outback from Gold Fleet Subaru with my family. Scott Presseault went over the new vehicle with all of us, showing us all the functions and buttons, but also telling us that he would be happy to do so again whenever we may need a reminder – all in all, making sure we were happy and comfortable with our new vehicle. Belinda Brown, who took care of the financial side of our purchase, went over warranties and handled paperwork for us and tried to make the process as smooth as possible. And even though I threw a curveball at them with a last minute request, everybody was accommodating and pleasant. It was like I was a member of the family, not just a customer. I would readily recommend this dealership to anyone. The staff truly are incredible and made this dealership an example of customer satisfaction. I trust my future dealings with Gold Fleet will be just as rewarding.

I was well taken care of each time I went in for servicing. They were eager to assist by setting up a work area for me to work while I waited. Staff was helpful. And I always leave with a clean car! Just leased my second Subaru through them!

Safe to say, very impressed with the service here from their Used Inventory Manager Mike. I've drove by a number of times and saw in inventory a few used trucks but nothing quite like what I was searching for. I stopped in the beginning of February to put him to task on finding me a 3/4 ton pickup. I had a short wish list of what I wanted, brand, etc. He scoured his various sources to find a vehicle that fit what I was looking for and in short order, had me in my truck. Sufficed to say, just because it's a new car dealership, one that doesnt even have a truck in their lineup, Mike went above and beyond to find me what I was looking for at the right price.

From the moment we stepped into the Gold Fleet Subaru dealership, we encountered respect, efficiency, friendliness, and expertise from all the staff. Our salesman, Dennis Marion, answered our many questions with patience and without any sales pressure. He offered excellent advice in all aspects of the car purchasing process. We would highly recommend him to any other potential buyers! My husband and I are VERY satisfied customers! We are convinced that we have made a wise purchase.
